"Stayed in St John to spend time on the beaches and explore the area ruins. Our cabin was secluded and an excellent gettaway from everything. Loved every minute of staying there."

"Our family had a wonderful one-week stay at Casa Yaya. In addition to the amazing views, the house was fully stocked with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, pool toys, beach chairs/floats, toiletries, paper products, towels, etc. One of the hosts met us and escorted us to the house to make sure we found the property - which was very helpful! She got us situated and showed us where everything was in the home. The house is located nearby many beaches - 15-20min to Maho, Cinnamon, Trunk, Salt Pond Bays. We went to all - but our favorite was Maho where we saw turtles!We rented the truck through the house and were very thankful we did as the roads in St John certainly require a rugged vehicle - steep roads, tight turns, dirt/gravel.The grandparents stayed in the two main level bedrooms, while the parents and kids stayed in the upper loft. The loft is very spacious, although the only access is a wooden ladder that is very tightly situated near one of the bedrooms. We went up and down that ladder a lot throughout the week.Everyone loved the pool - which allows for a prime location to view the islands!We loved every minute! Thank you!"

"The house was perfect for us! For such a long stay, we really enjoyed having laundry, a stocked kitchen for cooking, and an amazing deck. The views are unbeatable, we loved watching the sunrise from the deck. The house came with a cooler and two beach chairs that worked perfect for us. The road up to the house is pretty steep but doable - we loved being welcomed home by all the goats on the street! Best stay ever - hope to come back soon. "

"Beautiful property. The drive is extremely challenging. You absolutely need a four wheel drive vehicle. The view is amazing. Dwight guided me through check-in process and drove to the property to solve a problem with my bed.. I highly recommend this property."

"Paradise on the mountain with views of Coral Bay. Bay Rum Breeze is an absolutely gorgeous home. What I wouldn’t give to have a family room wall to slide open and enjoy ocean breezes! Check in process was flawless. Beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, cooler provided (freezer filled with reusable ice packs); all made beach days so much easier. Very few miner “house” issues. Dining chairs were loose at joints, one stove burner didn’t light, dryer vent needed cleaning, dishwasher bottom rack was wonky. All these issues are typical home issues that were reported and some of them were addressed the same day! All in all a fabulous week with family and would highly recommend this home. Oh, and the frogs and lizards were awfully cute too."

"It was a beautiful place to stay. We had everything we needed. Paul was an amazing resource and really knowledgeable about the island. There was an amazing breeze the kept us comfortable on the back deck and Maine part of the house, the mini split air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly to keep us cool in the bedroom at night! We will definitely return"
