"You have noise from traffic no matter which side of hotel your room is. On the backside of hotel you have distant never ending sound of cars on 84. On the front side you have close local traffic from Grand St. The traffic from Grand st. louder, but dies down at night. I like the Grand st. side better because local traffic sound does not bother me that much, and like I said it dies down at night so it's not a problem. At 2am in the morning on one of the nights I stayed there, landscapers...
