"The AC was not cold enough for the May weather in Dallas. The room stayed hot throughout the day and night, and even though we requested maintenance, the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. The beds are listed as queen size, but they felt small, and combined with the heat in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the noise level in these rooms is extremely high. We were woken up at 4:00 AM by the garbage truck, which comes on Saturdays and is incredibly loud. You can hear noise from all directions, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience"
