"AC didn’t work (had to change rooms). Next room the tv didn’t work. The room was cleaned but mildew was strong-very strong. Bed were descent. Shower was hot and powerful. I would not stay again because of the mildew odor. No electrical outlets anywhere for you phone. Did have a coffee pit-microwave and small fridge"

"Room door got stuck often. Parking needs to be reviewed. We are in Texas, trucks are common. Even normal size trucks don’t fit in garage, both nights after dinner it took almost 30min to find parking in the lot because so many trucks don’t fit in garage. $18/day to “hopefully” find a spot is not ok. No lights on balconies is a safety hazard. It was pitch dark out there in the evening, could not enjoy at all. "

"The room was amazing. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. The only issue with the room was that this hotel has a lot of pool parties. When we arrived after dinner there were several police cars and a huge number of kids walking around. We asked if this was on going, and the desk clerk said they do have a lot of pool parties."

"Staff was rude and acted short when she was checking us in. After we entered the room house keeping barged into the room without knocking and items were left in the fridge from prior occupant. Tv was contantly loading."
