After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city "

"The lobby is beautiful and the conference room looks nice. I didn't need to use it but appears well set up. They have a nice bar and patio area. There is a walking path around the pond in back. The room was very nice and comfortable. I've been to a few hotels where the lobby looks great but the rooms are rough but not here. This will probably be our go to hotel nest time we visit Kansas city. "
