"Beautiful hotel with a great comfy bed. Secure parking underground (although it's costly at $29/day). Only issue was that the hotel website reads that Georgetown University is a 15 minute walk which is why we chose this hotel; it took us over 30 minutes. We would have chosen a closer hotel had we known. Of course, we would have also loved to have breakfast at the hotel."

"The property is somewhat dated, not very modern, but it’s a perfectly nice and fine place and the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Location is near a cute area with nice shops and restaurants."

"The hotel was not very clean overall. The beds are old and uncomfortable, leaving us in pain. When checking the mattress for bugs (no, I didn't find any), I was disappointed with how stained the mattresses were. The sofa in the room was filthy, as was the elevator (see photos). There was no working vent or window in the bathroom. The AC turns itself off in the middle of the night, making the room very still and too warm. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., it was closed. We only wanted coffee but were told they "closed early." No reason given. We were not told upon reservation there would be a large fee per night to park. Update: had to call and get the receipt mailed to me, even though it was promised at checkout. Staff who answered was extremely rude and annoyed with the simple request. The itemized bill showed tax on the parking plus a previously not disclosed credit card fee. Interesting because I was told cash wasn't even an option for payment (usually it isn't at hotels so I was not surprised). How can you charge someone extra to pay the only way you allow payments???? Will not return to or recommend this hotel. Our total bill was significantly more than when booked. And no, we used zero amenities. "
