"Location is convenient, close to metro station and restaurants. The room was only cleaned once during our 4 nights stay, as they clean every other day. We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, cups, and coffee, as there was not enough supplies. Breakfast was good and included in our booking, it was otherwise charged $19/person,"

"Beds are very comfortable. Access to local fast restaurants and bars is good. You can get Uber pickup in the sheltered entry. Walking to Metro makes it unnecessary to rent a car. Very good location. Would stay here again. "

"The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioning was amazing. The complementary umbrella was SO helpful! The check in process was smooth and we were able to check in early. The area is EXTREMELY walkable. If you rent an electric bike/ scooter, you can ride 18 mins to all the monuments/ museums, which is a cheap alternative to an uber. Overall great experience!"

"I am not satisfied with my reservation through Expedia. I also called, but no meaningful action was taken. The hotel had no record of my reservation. We waited at the hotel for about two hours after long hours of our flight and they kept saying that no booking had been made through Expedia. After more than two hours of speaking with an Expedia agent—both they and I talked to the hotel—I was finally given a room. However, after that, Expedia did nothing further to assist me. I called again, but no compensation or resolution was offered. All they did,After 3 times call Expedia, they offered $100 key cash!!!"
