"We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!"

"The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed.
