Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are."

"Staff is professional and kind. Property (Pool) area is wonderful and clean. Room requires an update otherwise clean and well appointed. A 8 cup coffee maker would have been a better choice than the limited single serve with a coffee/tea bag. Otherwise a wonderful stay, look forward to our next stay at the Mosaic."
