"Wir haben ein Wochenende mit der Familie verbracht. Aufgrund des guten Wetters war es sehr gelungen. Im Innenhof der Hofraithe konnten wir gemütlich sitzen und grillen. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Aufenthaltsraum für 17 Personen definitiv zu klein gewesen."

Einzig, das in dem Haus noch zwei oder drei weitere Wohnungen sind, könnte deutlicher formuliert sein.
