"The property had everything you could ask for. The room was spacious, clean and no critters. The room attendant cleaned the room and made the bed every two days. There was a full kitchen and refrigerator and all utensils. The bathroom was tidy, plenty of towels including a beach towel as well as shampoo and hair conditioner and several body washes. The pool outside was clean and well maintained. Whenever I called for assistance, the phone was answered on the first or second ring and my requests were met promptly with great care. I’d like to say that the most impressive part of the stay was the host. Her name is Brenda Augustus-Spencer. She was the hostess with the most accommodating spirit, gracious demeanor and sincerely helpful and impeccable manners. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay. It is in a great location. Close to fantastic beaches, tour sites, Hamilton and everything! When I return to Bermuda, I will be staying at this property once again! Loved everything about this place. You’ve got to try it! "This is my second time at this resort and I noted that they have made major additions during COVID. The location of this resort is excellent for an active traveller as you can easily jump on the bus in both directions. We even took the bus from the airport but it is only possible with small carry-ons. The food is great, the water is beautiful and you get access to their private cave where you can swim, often with very few others around. "
