"The hotel was only half finished as of Apr 2026- the front doors don’t open properly, half the flooring is missing and there are notes apologising that the room fridge and safes aren’t available. There’s 2 other types of Ibis hotel right next to the airport- this one is a 15 minute walk away with no shuttle- I should have researched this, but it’s a lot less convenient than the others. "

"Good points: Staff were friendly, accommodation was clean and tidy and food provision and bar was satisfactory. Poor points: The room was pretty sparse and lacking any warmth or character as were the rest of the facilities. We didn’t try the Spa or Golf, so can’t comment on this. gym, sauna, hot tub type facilities (which I would be happy to pay for) are pretty standard in most ‘Spa’ hotels so I felt a bit cheated. Maybe should have looked deeper into the hotel facilities before reservation, but this was a quick decision. Anyway, overall rating is ok. "
