The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. They told me the emails and calls were scams and to ignore them! "My family and I had a great experience at Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. Breakfast was different and delicious everyday. My family and children felt safe and the hotel had easy access to the beach and shopping areas were walking distance. We will definitely will be staying for future visits! "
