"San Souci was perfect for us! I have stayed at San Souci numerous times and the condo was great. The property owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch. The access was a breeze with codes being sent for gate and room with no struggles of checking in or out at a different location. It was very clean and appeared to be recently painted and remodeled with the cutest decorations and all comfortable bedding and couches. There were enough items to accommodate us for a few days and a washer...

"When I initially booked a condo through VRBO I made a note to confirm there was no construction and that the pool and balcony was usable (it was not noted on the specific listing). The day before our departure I received a call stating that they had just read my note and confirmed that there IS construction and that they can move us to a different property. I was able to find the property that we stayed in a couple hours later. I had to call the morning before we left to request the access info....

"Unit was nice and location is great. Dishes and cabinets were dirty. Floors seemed to not have been cleaned. TV’s were hard to use. No cable assessable. 1 channel in bedroom. Beach items were a great plus! 2 pools were awesome."

"Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. Watching and listening to the waves from the balcony made for perfect mornings with coffee, a lunch break from the sun, and perfect evening relaxation. "I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay."

"I stayed here with my two kiddos and we absolutely loved it. The bungalow was super cute and comfortable, the kids loved playing in the water and jumping from the pier. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and we had everything we needed. Groceries, public beach, state park, shopping, all just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again in the future."
