"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family reunion of 20 people. The barn is absolutely stunning— tucked away at the back of a peaceful property with a huge porch overlooking rolling hills where we watched deer roam as we enjoyed sunsets and rainstorms.The main room is enormous and perfectly designed for entertaining. At any moment, we had groups cooking in the kitchen, duels at the pool table, lively charades in the living room area, and fun conversations at the bar. Best of all, there was plenty of space for the entire family to gather around one long table for meals—a huge highlight!The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. It’s clear the hosts put tremendous thought and care into every detail—clever welcome and departure information, a well-equipped kitchen, games on the porch for all ages, and bar supplies aplenty.The beds were incredibly comfortable, with first-floor bedrooms offering private baths. For us, the upstairs was perfect for families with kids, with two private rooms for the adults and a larger bunk room where all the kids could happily crash together.The hosts were exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely kind—making the entire stay seamless and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.The location is obviously a huge plus—just minutes from historic Brenham, Blue Bell, and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!"

"1st time renting this place. But it certainly won't be the last. Had a little family vacation for the 4th of July and this place was so nice, clean and it literally has EVERYTHING! The kids had so much fun exploring, fishing and just spending time outside. The owners are so nice and sweet. They answered quickly to any questions i had. For sure a place to stay at for families.
