"The property was just disappointing. The bedrooms were the best part of the apartment. There was just a lack of care to the apartment. With an £80 cleaning fee, the apartment should be clean. There was a cupboard with dirty linen, one of the toilets just had broken lamps left in it and discarded items, under the sofa was grim, wifi is not available in one of the bedrooms, there is a little outside area which is just un kept. It was a lovely peaceful place, where my son was able to help feed the animals every morning (special thanks to Adam for this) Room was clean, well maintained and perfect for our break. "We enjoyed our stay, although we spent most of our time in the town centre. The hotel is very conveniently siuated, comfortable and has a nice luxury feel. There are some comments that it could use a refurb but we did not feel that was the case for our room, only in the lobby toilets did I notice some wear and tear. I would return to this hotel, should I be staying in Bath again but will make more use of the facilities next time. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the only negative was one of our drinks orders taken in the garden was forgotten and took 30 mins to arrive but this is not a reason to overshadow our stay and the waiter was very apologetic. "
