"As usual, we stayed over one night to catch our next flight to Grand Cayman in the morning. Our room was a generous sized king. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were all of excellent quality and perform perfectly. I did report that the mattress was at its end of life and the concierge thanked me for informing him."

"If you land at Heathrow after 10:30 the shuttle buses between terminals are not running so you’ll need to take a tube train to terminal 4 to find the hotel. They served drinks and a meal at 11:30 when I got there. Staff were very helpful and suggested a different shuttle for the morning as my flight out was early. Made a tough layover better!"

"The staff were helpful and friendly and the food selection was reasonable. The restaurant area was lacking in atmosphere with nothing on the tables I.e. condiments, serviettes etc., making it very bare. And unwelcoming. The complementary tea/coffee etc.,was very nice. I booked this hotel for its advertised closeness to Heathrow particularly as you advertised the use of a SHUTTLE to the airport, which there was NOT and we had to get a taxi, which was much more expensive. I would have looked at other hotels if this had not been advertised! We had also hoped to return to the hotel for lunch on the Monday, for pick-up by my Son and was told we could not as we were not staying a second night. Taking all into account, we wouldn't stay again."
