"After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but we loved our stay, the rooms were clean and comfy, could do with air con though but we did stay during the heatwave to be fair. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice other than fruit, only peach slices! The lounge area was very spacious and the gardens too. Parking very expensive but we found a car park a third of the price not too far away."

"Room spacious, bed a bit hard! Couldn’t get the smart tv working so just normal channels. Breakfast was buffet style but no fried eggs only scrambled and plenty of fruit but no grapefruit. Parking was good and secure."

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was immaculate and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. Absolutely stunning! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the restaurants were too. Just overall a really amazing stay and felt extremely relaxed!"

"The hotel is located within a short walk of Bournemouth centre. There is plenty of free parking onsite. The rooms do seem dated, but they are clean and contain everything you need. Check in was quick and easy and the hotel is well priced."

"This lovely out of the way, traditional Bed and Breakfast, has the most engaging host. Rod having lived there for over 30 years has all the local history and knowledge. His Breakfast is incredible value for money. Its a pleasant walk over the hill to Lulworth Cove, takes a leisurely hour. Has a great garden to sit and relax."
