Golf cart included to explore the seashore, neighboring golf club, and Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary. This home is child and pet friendly and a great location for events such as small weddings, family or class reunions, etc. Home is equipped with 4 kayaks and is situated across from Onset Beach with amazing restaurants and shopping. Just minutes from Wareham Crossing Shopping Center, the Bourne Bridge, the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway, and lots of amazing cranberry bogs! Within an hour's drive to Boston, Providence and Newport, just 30 minutes to the Woods Hole Ferry Terminal to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and just a 90 minute drive to Provincetown, MA.
