"The house was excellent for visiting the Co-op Live arena, 15 minutes walk max. The house itself was a little lacking, it was old and could do with an upgrade. The ceiling lights upstairs didn't work which was dangerous as the stairs were very steep. I don't think very good for older people or families. There was no table to sit at to eat and no chairs just the bed settees which were very low. I wouldn't have liked to be there for more than the one night"

"I kept calling the owner to ask if everything was good over the span of a month and when the day came to go to the house the owner said he had double booked. So me and my friends had to pay extra to book somewhere else. Highly unreliable"

"Perfect stay for short or long. We spent a lovely week visiting nearby towns and to rest between group travel tours. Nelo was amazing from the beginning. She was very accommodating, nice, and ready to help in any way possible. The property has a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine that was very handy."

"The house is beautifully decorated and has all the mod-cons you could need. The living area was spacious and there was plenty of seating for 4 adults and a child. There is also a nice desk area that my daughter enjoyed doing her drawings. The Wifi was strong throughout the house and was good enough to stream on multiple devices at the same time. "A lovely quiet house. Beautifully clean and well provisioned. Some lovely touches such as boxes of toys for the little one! A quick walk into town for a lovely Sunday roast at The Rising Sun! Very convenient for a wedding at Duddon Mill!"

"The accommodation was very clean and modern-looking. Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. "

"A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! "Unfortunately on arrival, bins outside where over flowing, quick look around the house was tidy but the cleanliness was not up to standard. Left over takeaway containers and McDonald’s wrappers left in the fridge from previous occupants. All towels in bathroom had been folded and put away however every towel was damp with a strong smell of urine. I messaged the home owner who was apologetic and looked into it. Apparently the cleaner had been but she agreed to have them come out the next day to...
