"good"

"The staff was incredibly helpful. The location is amazing with walkable sites and easy access to subway and JR rail locations. Had an fantastic time. 10/10."

"Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout."

"Juste génial"

"Very nice, clean hotel, had no issues was a perfect stay"

"Very clean"

"Great hotel, perfect location."

"Conveniently located, clean rooms and amenities!! Highly recommended."

"Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly!"

"The hotel was close to the station and the shops. It has laundry facilities. Also easy to take the limousine bus to and from the airport."

"رائع وخاصه للعوائل . مميزين في خدمتهم"

"The included breakfast was not much to speak of, I would not even consider it a continental breakfast. Eggs cooked their way were not fully cooked and they refused to cook them any more. Not much protein offeres. Also only 1 of each item and not repeat. One staff member (cook?) was rude and basically threw things on the tray. Aside from that, OK. Some good shishimi close by!"
