"The hotel was mostly great! Good location - close to chania without being right in the old town. We had a hire car so we were able to park right on the street outside usually. The staff could be a bit friendlier, I found some of them to be somewhat rude and dismissive of our concerns. The air conditioning needs maintenance. We raised it wasn’t working which was basically dismissed by the receptionist. She checked it herself and made her own confirmation that it was fine?? The air con literally had an error code saying it needed maintenance. We had it set at 16 degrees the entire time and I can tell you did not get below 21/22 at any point. This meant it took ages for the room to cool down. This was a bit disappointing because the rest of the hotel was good"

"Excellent location to the Bus Station & City Centre. Although we were late due to our flight, our host Diana, waited up for us & showed us to our room. Room was a good size & had everything we needed for the one night stop over. Beds were comfy & bathroom was good. Balcony overlooked a large court with surrounding buildings a good distance away, which did not affect our sleep."

"Loved the apartment, situated ideally for getting around Chania. Staff friendly and very helpful. Everywhere was spotless, bed was so comfortable, bedding lovely. Bedroom nicely fitted with big walk in shower. Our only problem was the stairs. We wanted the space of the roof terrace which was great but getting up there became a problem because of our age, fine for anyone young and fit. Umbrella on terrace wasn’t a tilt and turn so inefficient . Evening time fumes from restaurant extraction was sometimes a problem. We would stay again but on the ground floor so only one set of stairs and forgo the outside space"
