Afton Station Cottage -Beautifully Renovated Blue Ridge Scenic Historic Setting

"First, the house was well equipped and very nicely appointed. It is a very comfortable house to kick back in. Communication from the owners was exceptionally clear and they went out of their way to answer question I had.Second, location is great. Its on the road to Blue Ridge tunnel and it's a quick hike to the entrance. It's also a stone's throw from 151 and all its vineyards and breweries. Highly recommend...."
"Our stay at View with a Room was the perfect spot for a relaxing recharge. The location was ideal as it was close to several wineries, breweries and hiking trails. The house was well appointed with everything you could possibly need and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a few spots to sit and read books or watch tv or just chat. It was so nice to have towels and some toiletries already at the house that we didn't need to pack. The weather didn't cooperate at night for porch sitting or to use the firepit but we will just have to do that another time. We will be back!"

"Easy contact free check in. Code for your room. They also have a self serve gift shop with a complimentary coffee and water bar.
Room was clean but I do wish the A/C was a little cooler. The room was humid when we got there. Throughout the night it got better. Beds were soft, comfy and clean"

"A charming, tranquil location with a mountain view, large pet friendly fenced yard, and lovely flower gardens. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two excellent wineries within a mile and easy access to others nearby. Hiking opportunities are numerous in the area. If you enjoy a good sit in a front porch rocking chair surrounded by nature, this is your spot. We would without hesitation recommend and return to this property."
"Great accommodations nothing super fancy every room had own bathroom even though one is not in the room. Good social space for everyone to come together. Awesome that it is within walking distance from winery. Overall just right."
