"Lovely old coaching inn. Check in was friendly and we were shown to our room. Rooms recently refurbished with very plush furnishings. We had a superior double. Lovely little touches like bottles of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, great toiletries, even a pillow spray. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Like that they have kept the tradition of the building with pictures of the historical person and a description. Would stay here again if visiting Godalming "

"Lovely room, we had bedroom, living room and large bathroom. We did have an issue on the second night, we arrived back at the hotel just after midnight, the electronic entry card was not working so we could not enter the hotel. They have an emergency out of hours number, I dialled it a number of times, only to go to answer phone. We waited in the car, luckily a member of staff appeared and let us in. that said, I would recommend this establishment, food and service of the best quality."

"This wasn't our first stay at HQ Aparthotel Farnborough, it has become out go to now. I dj locally 4 times a year, Saturday the 17th of May 2025. was our 18th year, so in that time I have stayed at most of the "decent" hotels in Farnborough and some not so decent B&B's. However HQ has become our go to, we dont use the kitchen facilities as it is situated in an area that you can pop out for a coffee, beer and food etc.. The door staff are friendly and always remember us, and have a chat, its things like that, that make you feel welcome. Rooms are a good size, shower has good pressure, and its clean and tidy. "
