Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are. "The hotel is nice but for a hilton could be better. We stayed here at the start and end of our holiday . It was a nice place to start but on our return we had a very smelly room which stank of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We asked it to be fixed which it was not. The reception stuff were not as friendly compared to staff at other hotels in sri lanka and generally sri lankan people."
