"This hotel prides itself on location and it is fantastic. Nice lobby then it goes a little south. A bunch of corridors all looking the same ....all grey with black lettering...nobody could find their room! I guess it's trendy. Rooms are bare but I think that's what the place is all about. No tv, no in room coffee, hairdryers etc. just a mattress on a small wooden stand, a sink and shower. Again spartan but utilitarian. No one on staff appeared capable of doing much other than look cool holding tablets and directing you to their website to address any issues. Decent coffee bar in the basement with some workspace. Zero character. Looked like a modern office. Having said all that the price and location are hard to beat. That will have everyone overlook the inhospitable nature of the hotel."

"Perfect is an understatement! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to the metro, and the room was unique and perfect. The front desk staff handled my late-night check-in smoothly, and the quiet hallways were wonderful for getting rest before exploring Paris."

"This is a super trendy hotel with a beautiful entryway, right off of Piccadilly Circus two escalators take you up into an immaculate reception styled like a chic nightclub with gorgeous gold stairs leading up to the bar. The problem? At the base of the escalators a sign indicates that for a step free entry you can walk through a nondescript door off to the side. Down several hallways and turns you find an elevator that will bypass the stairs. When accessibility is hidden behind doors that feel like a loading dock out of view of the glitz and glam of the entryway of the hotel it sends a subtle message: wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, and anyone using them or anyone who is unable to make it up ten steps is not part of the aesthetic of the hotel and should be hidden away. I use a walking aide (a cane) and also had a heavy small rolling suitcase with me and had to drag it around those hallways to get to the front desk. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was pointed down a bizarre staircase with no lift in sight to their glamorous restaurant. Is the restaurant not accessible or was accessibility not offered? Were it not for this I would have easily rated the hotel 5 stars. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. When I checked out a staff member happily helped me carry my suitcase down the stair case and escalator and all the way out the front door without being asked."

"Definitely a 5⭐️ property in a great location with polite and accommodating staff. Right next to Kensington Gardens makes perfect for an early morning or afternoon walks to reset after a busy, hot summer day of shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend."
