Hintlesham Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless, no mold anywhere even though they are next to harbor. So welcoming. And the harbor view from the room was fantastic. Oh and my drinks and my latte in the morning were awesome too! I will make my future uk itineraries include a visit to this hotel."

"The hotel was very dated and our room was small. We were in an attic room and the stairs up to it were steep and not very wide.There was far too much furniture in the room for the size of it. The bed was a very small double bed but it was clean. There was nowhere near the dressing table to plug in my hairdryer or straightners. The meals at night were ok but the breakfast was really good. All of the staff were helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed the beer garden but it could have been better kept."
