"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Regency for a business trip. This time around we booked it last minute as our original hotel in Coleshill was awful and we had enjoyed our previous stay here. There is plenty of parking on site, they've added more electric car ports since the last time, even though we don't have one it's good to see. "I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself.
