"The setting was nice, quiet, and peaceful. The lady with short hair at the winery lobby at check in was not very personable. When I walked up to say I was checking in, the only response was to look down at papers and hear her say 'Name.' For that much money it shouldn't be too much to ask to see a smile and hear, 'Welcome to Bear Creek we are glad you are here, may I have the reservation name please.' "

"Went for the couple days getaway . Enjoyed the mini golf and basketball. My son did some pole fishing on the dock . We hadxa good time . Hadca little teouble with the card reader on door and door sticking. No real issue. Wil go back again "
