"This hotel is perfect for people needing an overnight stay or short respite before travelling from or arriving at Frankfurt International Airport. It’s so much nicer to stay in a hotel surrounded by trees and peaceful walking paths in a lovely park/forest than in a big chain hotel right at the airport where there’s nothing to do but sit in your room or walk the concrete hallways. The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport every 15 minutes with travel time of only seven minutes. Premises are clean and offer a simple modern decor with emphasis on environmental sustainability. A real gem. Make sure to have supper in the restaurant to see the robocats that serve your drinks snd meals. "

"I was surprised that there is no central desk when you arrive, rather a series of individual computers where you check yourself in, including picking up and activating your own keycard. I’m not a big fan of computers replacing jobs, but this was easy to do and someone did walk over and ask if I needed help while checking in. You can do the check-in in German or English (I didn’t notice if other languages were available). A sign is clearly posted at check-in with all the airport shuttle times, and the shuttle is there when it says it will be. The room was modern and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was slightly warm."

"Wonderful stay. Everything was great! Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. There was a grocer nearby and a couple small restaurants. This hotel is in a residential area. Only small complaint is distance to train, about one mile, so getting around got pricey with Taxi and Uber."
