"Fairly good place, located 3 minutes from train station and walking distance from town centre. Clean, all in good condition, completely quiet despite next to busy road and train tracks. Bed a bit on the soft side, and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Tip: sign up for their ‘H Rewards’ loyalty programme and you get free public transport ticket from reception."

"I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. "New facility recently purchased by Leonardo. Up on a hill above the center of town where all the attractions are. Downhill to town but uphill going back to the hotel. But the area seems safe."

The room was nice, bright and clean, the amenities were very nice and the breakfast was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
