"I asked for a bottom floor room for my pregnant daughter. For one she is pregnant and did not want to be in an elevator because of it, and two, she’s just afraid of elevators, and so am I. We were refused and put on a 3rd floor room instead. Only one elevator was working. When we were in the 3rd floor we saw why. From the 3rd floor, the other elevator was partially open and you could see the floor of the elevator about a foot higher than the level. The metal around the door was all bent. ...
