"Our stay unfortunately was far from comfortable. This place advertised free parking as they had a small drive way at the front of the property however when I arrived there, I was informed that I would have to pay £5 to park overnight otherwise I would be charged £60 to my card. This is false advertising and I only paid this without question for worry that I’d be charged more after my stay. I’m addition to this, the heating would not work so the property was freezing cold, we reported this and...
