"What is unique is that there is no staff. You check in with a machine, and you never see the maid service."

"Hotel was so-so."

"I was disappointed when I got to the room and there was no microwave. Found out I must go down to the lobby to reheat anything I had from leftovers( I was traveling alone, going to the lobby at midnight to heat up some leftovers was a big no-no, an inconvenience that did not match the rate of a Hilton. "Another great stay! Comfy beds and a great nights rest!"

"This is our go to location whenever we stay in the Cedar Rapids area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is top notch. Good variety for breakfast with menu changing daily. Close to dinning and the highway for ease of travel. We will be back."

"Great place to stay especially if you are attending an event! We will be back!!"

"Very dated facility and rooms, smelled like my grandmother’s 1880’s house, musty smell and nasty carpet in rooms. Bathroom is tiny and moldly"

"I am SO TIRED of hoteliers who spend money on updating rooms and then buy cheap BRICK HARD mattresses. How difficult is it to comprehend that people NEED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP? No one wants to sleep on a brick at the Taj Mahal. Sleep Inn built a name on good beds. I used to select them specifically for their beds. I have not been in a comfortable bed in ANY SLEEP INN in years. Put the money into an orthopedically sound bed (and NOT memory foam - it's terrible for the spine, too)."

"Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel"

"Clean room could’ve been a little cleaner found a centipede and the bathroom tub wasn’t the cleaners"
