"Must stay!"

"Conveniently located although a bit of a down hill/uphill walk into the village. Very friendly staff. The restaurant meal we had was excellent"

"Very comfortable room, and lovely breakfast. Staff were welcoming and very helpful"

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. "Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff."

"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good"

"The best place I have stayed in on holidays. The room was tidy, great amenities and beautiful. The staff are friendly and will give information regarding amenities and places to see in Arundel."

"Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast."

We would have been disappointed had it been half the price. I will say that the cleaning staff did a good job as our room was clean at least and it must be difficult to make a room like this clean. However the duvet cover was torn, the carpet was worn, the paintwork chipped and flaking, bathroom very basic. The whole thing needs...
