"Staff cordial. Pool was slimy on the inside and cloudy. Room was lacking hygienically. Floors need attention. Room bedding smelled like an animal kennel. Was charged for 2day stay and only stayed one day. I'd probably go back."

"The Cottage was as advertised, very clean and nicely upgraded. The Hot Tub and beach access makes it a perfect getaway. The Host was very responsive and attentive, making sure we were satisfied with our stay. There were little things she does to make the stay special! Such as s'more kit, spices for cooking ect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property , it was a pleasure to have stayed !!!!"

"The space was well stocked and clean! I loved the huge kitchen & wished I could have stayed longer to cook more in it! We adored the thoughtful additions for our pup who came with us...he loved playing with the toys and made himself at home on the huge dog bed. The screened in porch area was lovely & we enjoyed being surrounded by all the trees. We were so happy to see there was a propane grill provided as well, I didn't catch that in the listing! The futon couch was super comfy, as well as the bed. The location was the perfect launching point for our quick up north getaway in cherry country, thank you so much for the peaceful stay!"

CABIN #2 WITH LAKE VIEW AT HIGGINS LAKE - TRUE NORTH CABIN RENTALS.
10/10 Excellent
"This little cabin exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with all of the essentials. It has a full size coffee pot, the freezer has ice trays, and there is a microwave, oven, and toaster. The bathroom is very small with a stand up shower but that wasn’t a deal breaker. We were able to bring our dogs which was a plus and it is a great neighborhood to take a walk in. The cabin is not on the water but within walking distance down to it (see picture for reference). Unlike other places we have stayed and you had to go through VRBO to contact the owner, he has provided his email and phone number on the wall inside the cabin. The porch is also nice for sitting out on to have your coffee in the morning. We loved our stay and will definitely be back."
CABIN #4 WITH LAKE VIEW AT HIGGINS LAKE - TRUE NORTH CABIN RENTALS
8/10 Good
"Only thing was having to take off linens cause I’m sure there was a cleaning fee added. And the well water smell. But everything was great other than that the beach was very close about a 3 minute drive. Cute and cozy cabin very clean."
