He generously spent some time getting us acquainted with the boat and pointing us in the direction of the best restaurants within walking distance as well as the free shuttles to get to and from the downtown attractions. "My partner had never been to Boston where I had lived for 10 years, back in the 1980's. The houseboat was a perfect stay as we both love the water and boating. It's cozy, charming, and a delightful experience we'll always remember. Jon was a wonderful host, and we were welcomed by his wife's delicious banana bread! We highly recommend the accommodations."

"This houseboat has it all!! Great interior setup. Lots of huge windows. Location to die for. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome upper deck sitting area to watch the sunrise with coffee or sunset before heading to dinner. A bed that i could actually sleep well in... might have been the gentle rocking. Did i mention the incredible location!! Easy walking distance, minutes, to everything from great restuarants, attractions, parks, everything!! And you have to try the breakfast sandwiches at Sunny Girl...

"My son and I stayed here on a spring break trip. The location was a 5 min walk from the USS Constitution, a 10 min walk to Bunker Hill and a 20-30 min walk to the North End. However because we were on a boat in a marina there was zero traffic noise and that combined with the rocking motion of the houseboat meant I slept extremely well. Bonus: we were visited on several days by a pair of ducks who would hang out on the patio with us. Got to love a vacation home that comes with pets! Downsides?...

"Our stay on the Little Pearl was wonderful. It was a very quick walk to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill, which put us right on the Freedom Trail. We chose not to rent a car and we were able to get around just fine using public transit and LYFT. There's a Dunkin' and a 7-Eleven a short walk away to grab quick and easy breakfasts to take back to the boat and enjoy on the deck. We did not use the kitchen area at all, so I cannot speak to that. "Definitely use spothero for parking options nearby. You should stay here if you have N.A. event at td gardens. It is a 2 minute walk downstairs to any event at td garden. Checking in and checking out is a self service but there is amazing staff waiting to help you with any questions. Staff was so helpful and friendly. When checking in you must pick city view room the view was outstanding!!! "
