"I expected a high level of comfort at this hotel, but it was a nightmare. Check-in is very late, and a lot of guests arrive at 4 o'clock. There was no parking, the waiting cars were backed up into the street, and the attendants didn't know what to do. Once I finally got to the lobby after about an hour, it was mayhem. Hundreds of people packed the place, there were unbelievable amounts of luggage everywhere, and everybody was trying to do whatever they needed to do. Many wanted to check in, yet...
