"The television and remote did not allow us to change any channels. The air conditioner unit was making a loud noise which meant it had to be turned off in order to sleep. The front desk helped as much as they could, but after a long journey it was disappointing to not have the everything work properly. We will not be staying there on our return trip home."

"A beautiful property, well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights, midweek, to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was just fine, very clean & spacious. Bathtub/shower had 3 tiny rust spots on the surface, but certainly didn’t bother us. We enjoyed using the indoor heated pool & whirlpool, plus the huge exercise room with dozens of equipment choices. We ate at The Mill for 2 breakfasts & one lunch. Kind of expensive, but convenient. Coffee was delicious. We ate dinner at a restaurant in town in Williamsburg to celebrate our anniversary. A fun activity was kayaking on the James River for an hour, covered by the daily resort fee. The front desk staff was warm & welcoming. We’d recommend staying here! "
