"Staff"

"The staff was very nice and helpful especially Kristian. We enjoy breakfast as well as the condition and upkeep of our room was very nice parking was good and easy overall it was a 10 out of 10 stay I recommend to anyone but don't get this location confused with the other location because the other location had very bad reviews and we almost didn't stay there because we got the two confused."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Hallways and the elevators smelled like an ashtray, our first room had a major tripping hazard with a sharp corner sticking out from under the bed. The blackout light didn’t cover any outside light. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. On top of it all, there were ants in the bathtub and there was no drain cover for the bathtub in the second room we were moved to. Very disappointing."

"The room is infested with cockroaches! Given that the trash cans in public areas are not regularly emptied and the carpets inn public areas were not vacuumed even once during our entire 3-night stay and food crumbs and debris was visible on the floor, it is obvious the staff is making no effort to resolve the infestation. The condition of the public areas was terrible — not maintained or cleaned regularly."
