Excellent hotel with clean amenities! Generally well connected to the subway for Osaka but if u r commuting to Kyoto, a more central location wld be better

Excelente experiencia , personal muy amables y serviciales , habitación encantadora cómoda, buena ubicación grata experiencia si la recomendamos

One of the best hotels that i have stayed, very beautiful, super clean, tasty food, outstanding service, located in the middle of all famous places. I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite without even asking for it. Breathtaking views from the room windows and from breakfast lounge area. 100% will be back to stay in this hotel!!!!

Amazing hotel. Cleaning, amenities breakfast and rooftop. We have a wonderful time.

Everything is great except for the elevators. Reception is on the second floor and it stops there everytime before going to the first floor to exit. This causes significant slowdowns on the elevator. It’s overall a minor thing but it can be a little annoying.
