"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"The house was very well presented, with all the amenaties you'd expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially great. We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! The only downside for us is we thought it was slightly closer to Woolwich tube station than it turned out to be so we has to bus it from there to a stop closer to the house. "Very central location. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Our hotel room on the LG floor, with courtyard view was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could perhaps benefit from updating. Apart from that a very good place to stay."
