"The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully furnished. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend it. "

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"Our family of 6 had a fantastic 10 day stay at Dormestone House. The property was perfect for our needs and provided plenty to do - particularly the tennis court and pool table. The beds were super comfy and the facilities/equipment throughout the house were great. We also loved the location - nice and quiet with spectacular views. We would definitely return."

"What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"Super cute, historic cottage, close to some fantastic sightseeing. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold when we arrived. Even after the owner popped by the following morning and got the radiators going, it was still so very cold. My friend slept in her coat one night. The water was consistently lukewarm or freezing cold. This, coupled with the cold house temp, made it extremely uncomfortable. I finally contacted the owner 3 days in when I realized it didn’t matter who showered first it was...

"A lovely property, perfectly equipped for a short break. Cath had supplied everything we could ask for and more. The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch."

"The house was very well presented, with all the amenaties you'd expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially great. We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us!
