"So glad we chose to stay at the Vittoria Hotel for our trip to Niagara after trawling through the many options for accommodation. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which provided plenty of space for a family of 4. Location was great for all activities involving Niagara Falls and for restaurants and generally everything. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Cannot really fault anything."

"I was really impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean & cozy. Pillow & beds were very comfortable. You do not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or hallway. Our hotel maid made sure we had everything & went out and beyond to get what we needed. The best part of our stay, we were upgraded to have a view of the waterfalls. The one thing I would recommend is changing the sofa bed to a more cozy one so that guests don’t feel the springs. But overallI with all honesty I don’t have anything to complain, service was impeccable & that’s what makes it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff!! We will stay here again no doubt 🙂"
