"I went to Hawaii with my sister and the place we stayed was perfect and amazing! The check in the checkout process was awesome and the location was even better. Will definitely go back."

"This property is special because of the amazing abundance of plants and flowers on the property, including a river and waterfall!! The night was a symphony of sounds, birds and frogs at night. We also enjoyed the communual netted gazebo on the patio with fairy lights. There is internet, but no cell service meant we didn't spend time on the phone, and why would we in this paradise :) "

Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"This room was beautiful and so comfortable to stay in. It was the nicest place we stayed in by far out of several hotels. The host was easy to deal with and very patient and understanding, even when I messed up the payment. The resort itself is huge and had a ton to do for all ages. It does not have an ocean beach, which was a downfall. However there is a lagoon with a beach and you can snorkel as it is ocean fed. I would highly recommend this Vrbo. Just be sure to check out the Queens market up...

"slightly out of the way but that was what we were looking for, loved the fresh fruit and ability to interact with locals, safe, dog/cat on premise-we are pet lovers, could use a few extra spices/condiments for kitchen as travellers won't carry those, friendly hosts willing to answer any questions, "

"This room is unlike the rest of the resort. I switched rooms part way through my stay (conference booking) and was sorry to leave such a luxurious room. It was one of the nicest resort rooms I have ever stayed in . The kids loved the stay and were constantly entrigued with their surroundings. Property manager was excellent. Not a single issue. Great find! "

"We had been to the Hilton Waikaloa before so we knew about the grounds being great, but we weren’t sure about our room. We were so pleasantly surprised. We had a view of the ocean and the lagoon and the bay. Our room had been remodeled in the last six months and it was amazing with the microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishes for two and the coffee maker and toaster and hot water pot. Everything was perfect. We would love to stay in the same room again. Thank you so much."

"I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Fairmont! The entire place felt like paradise and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I never felt more relaxed in my entire life. Also, be warned...their room service food is TOP NOTCH so you'll be spending a pretty penny if you're like me and can't resist deliciousness at all hours of the day lol! I just love Fairmont and would go back in a heart beat. We celebrated my mom's birthday and they made her feel so special :) Thank you to everyone at Fairmont that made this possible!!!"

"This property was like another home because it had almost everything you need, such as dishwasher, in room laundry and dryer, etc. After water activities, the laundry machine comes handy. We also enjoyed the bbq grill which was maintained nice and clean. They dont clean your room during your stay, but bring things promptly upon request via text. I will choose this facility again if I visit the big island again."
