They kindly upgraded us to a downstairs room at no extra cost after finding out my dad has difficulty with stairs, which we really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the spa bath was a real highlight – our daughter absolutely loved it. The location was also great, with everything conveniently close by.
The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay."
