"Great place"

"I have stayed at this property many times, as I enjoy it for business. However, this was the first time I was given a room with no shower, only a tub. I was a bit confused as 1. This has never happened to me and 2. The Room Type description says that there is a tub and shower. If having a shower is a dealbreaker for you, use this review as a warning to make sure you double check when you check-in. Other than this recent experience, I enjoy this property. "

"Great location, has all the amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa Resort but feels like an escape from the crowds at the hotel. Spacious rooms, great views all around and convenient location to shopping and dining. "

"Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit"

"Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend."
