"This is a top notch condo. Beautiful, comfy, so spacious, clean and so many great supplies to have a very wonderful stay. We so appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, towels and beach gear. The pool at the complex was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 4. It was perfect. We will definitely be back!"

"Great property. They had two double beds in one room. A king in the other. New appliances. They had a rice cooker! Icemaker in the fridge. They have a garage which was helpful. They had lots of boogey boards and beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys to take to the beach. Much more than they mention in the listing (possibly guests leaving over time!). There starter kit was way better than most VRBOs. They had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and much more. More than we needed for the week. The two pools were very nice with a hot tub. The pool was well heated. You can walk to shopping, grocery, and restaurants, or a quick drive. There is a public beach very close, or you can explore all the amazing ones on the island. The Hilton Pool access is a nice add. We did that one day - all the beaches were closed because of a hurricane - so it was a nice option. They have grills by the pool you can use. Resortica Hawaii does a great job communicating. I wasn't paying attention and I foolishly closed the garage with the garage opener in the car and closed it with the keypad (we did not have the code). And they responded by text early before the office opened with the code. We ended up asking for a late checkout since we had a red eye, and paid a reasonable fee for that. Very helpful! If you have not been to the Big Island or Waikoloa beach before, you should know this area is the perfect place to stay and explore the island."

"My multi-generation family loved staying here. Everything was exactly as listed, including plenty of beach supplies in the garage. We learned quickly that the AC won't work if the sliding doors are open. Paige was an excellent and communicative host. Location can't be beat and having a pool right across the way was perfect for when we didn't want to venture out to the beach. We'll definitely see if this unit is available for future trips."

"Very spacious and clean. Worked great for family of 5 across 3 bedrooms. AC was perfectly adequate despite the note about only going to 72 degrees. Plenty of beach gear in garage. Decent amount of starter supplies but a few more basics like sugar and oil would have been nice. Easy to buy what you need at Queens Shops next door.Nice barbecue and outdoor area but oil spray was missing and bbq tools out there would have been helpful. Also having an opener or code to open garage would have been easier than having to go around and use key from opposite side.Nice location on quieter northwest coast, close to the best beaches (Hapuna and Moana Kea, and one hour from Mauna Kea visitor center). Not as much going on as near Kona but shopping and food options very close by were adequate for us."
