"The hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki, and the convenience of this location was truly a jackpot. Although the pool was on the smaller side, we had the best beach in Hawaii right in front of us, which more than made up for it. We were checked in just after midnight by James Yi at the front desk. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly enthusiastic and gave us the warmest welcome. Throughout our stay, whenever James saw us, he made a genuine effort to connect, assist us, and ensure our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His exceptional service was a standout moment of our trip and played a key role in our decision to join the hotel’s membership program. This hotel not only offers an unbeatable location but also an outstanding level of hospitality. The staff’s friendliness, especially James’s dedication, made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. "The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to waikiki beach. Rooms are clean, continental breakfast is great and staff is courteous. The biggest highlight for me is Zen Fitness that offers a daily workout class included with your stay at Waikiki Resort. Coming from the mainland we are all jetlegged and guess what? We wake up early! Take advantage of this 7 am class that takes place right on waikiki beach in walking distance from hotel. Both Julia and Chloe are fantastic coaches who will guide you through the routine paying attention to your fitness level. It is a great energy booster to start your day in Honolulu! "

"Perfect place to crash for a long layover for our adult son and daughter in law, teenager, and hubby and me. Beach was a very short walk, shops are close by, room was clean and continental breakfast was more than adequate, especially since we hadn’t been expecting it. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Checkout took awhile - use the online option if you’re in a hurry."
