"Elevator experience was a nightmare- the line was always like a zoo We had to use the service freight elevator majority of the time Rooms were clean Sliding doors of our room kept shaking and knocking from the wind Breakfast Staff and service was great, but food was average for the price of the buffet Coffee was terrible—- would have been better if the breakfast buffet had an espresso machine Property was basically clean"

"景色不错"

"The location is amazing. The balcony view was everything, overlooking Diamond Head. Restaurants and stores all around. The staff are attentive and friendly! They have filtered water available on the first and third floor so bring your reusable water bottle. There were some down sides... the bathroom needs a deep clean. The shower head was too low for tall people and had hard water built up. The hallways and elevators don’t have AC so be ready. The elevators can be very slow during peak hours....
