-Great location. ~5min walk to the metro adjacent to the Arc de Triomphe and to the Champs Elysee.
-Quiet! Very well positioned on a side street away from the constant police sirens. We did not hear them from our room at all.
-Very nice front desk staff.
Cons:
- unfortunately our room (Emotion Terasse) was in need of some significant upkeep: really gross stains on the walls of the WC; the terrace, which we looked forward to using, was in need od some work: furniture and deck were...
